In our every day lives we experience and are (hopefully) somewhat aware of the energies that are around us and actually, apart of us.

We in our entirety, interact with powerful and what might seem like not so powerful energies, every single second of this,"Our Earthly Adventure". Also afterwards in (what might be referred to as) The Dimensions or The Source, The place we originate.

There are many different types of energies and probably billions of variations of all energies. When we really are able to tune into these energies, we are able to see and feel a lot of them and hear a few of them. The easiest way to identify these energies is visually, whether with our eyes or our minds eye.

Now if "thought", is energy and you use thought to visualize a color or colors, that identify an energy, then you are creating energy or at the very least, manipulating energy.
